ワールドトライアスロンでは、トライアスロンの成長と発展に寄与する人材を育成するための第2回メンターシッププログラム（指導助言プログラム）を実施します。

2022年プログラムでは、メンターからメンタリングを受ける“メンティ（助言を受ける人）”を募集します。

日本トライアスロン連合では、メンティ候補の応募を受け付け、適任と認める者の推薦を行います。

参加希望者は、次の要領でご応募くださるようお願いいたします。

1）本フォームに必要事項を記入・送信

2）JTU会員登録をしている加盟団体からの推薦（書式不問）をＪＴＵ事務局宛にメール（jtuoffice01@jtu.or.jp)で送付
