Join us for two days of riding over Memorial Day weekend (May 27 and 28) for a wonderful ride through the pines!

Please register below.  If you later need to make any changes to your registration, please return to this site and re-register.  In the days leading up to the ride, I will note any duplicates and delete the OLDER registration (they are time-stamped), keeping only the most recent.

Please fill out a new form for each RIDER.  Please fill out the information for each horse you MAY ride (we have room here for up to three), and we will sort out which horse you plan to ride which day AT the ride.  We understand that things can change, and want this to be as easy as possible.  No need to e-mail or re-register if horses change, we'll confirm it at the ride. Please make sure you have the PNER and AERC number for any horse you didn't pre-register on this site.

We are once again offering camping (fee per RIG, not per rider, paid to the owners of the property who graciously host us). Looking to secure a pen for your horse? It’s a well known fact that there are a limited number of pens available. So, starting in 2023, the pens will be awarded by lottery. To enter the Pen Lottery, you must submit your name to Carol Giles, (lawdoc@crestviewcable.com), by April 17, 2023, and you must pay the $40 non-refundable pen fee to Carol by May 1, 2023, if you are awarded a pen. A waiting list will be maintained by Carol and riders will be notified if a pen becomes available after the lottery is completed.  

After you send in your registration, electronically, please send a non-refundable deposit of $25 by check or money order, made out to “TER Endurance”, to Carol Giles.

Carol is our Ride Treasurer, and prefers to receive checks from folks. They’re much easier for her to process. However, if you absolutely want to pay electronically, with PayPal or Venmo, the pre-registration deposit fee is $35.

Remainder of deposits, after merchant fees will be applied to your entry fee, and you’ll pay the remainder when you pick up your rider packet in camp, by cash, check, or money order.

Please note that there is NO internet service at ride camp.  This means that electronic payment methods will not work.  Please BRING CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDER.
