2022 Water Leaders Class Application Form
To complete your application, submit this form AND email the required components (detailed below) to Sarah Angulo at sangulo@watereducation.org.

The required components to be emailed include:
- A one-page written statement describing why you are interested in participating in the class (make this your best effort and address it to the selection committee).
- Your resume.
- A reference letter addressed to the selection committee from your employer/supervisor that explains their support for the time commitment of the program and why they are supporting you specifically.
- A nonrefundable application fee of $35. Feel free to use the credit card authorization form on the Foundation's website.
- A statement of financial need if you are applying for a scholarship. Please first ask your organization if they can pay the tuition.

As a reminder, the completed application (submitted form AND email with required components) must be submitted no later than 5 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2021.
