Registration for OkiJALT's Summer Symposium 2023 (Friday, 11 August to Sunday, 13 August 2023)
The Summer Symposium is an annual event hosted by the Okinawa chapter of the Japan Association for Language Teaching (OkiJALT) that features top academic scholars in the field of language education.

Submissions for presentations will be considered on a rolling basis until 23:59 JST, 19 June 2023. 

Payment for presenters and for early registration for non-presenters should be completed by 23:59 JST, 30 June 2023.

Conference Fees

Conference Fees (same for attendees and presenters):

JALT members (and JALT affiliate members)

  • Early registration (by 30 June): 5,000 yen for full conference; or 3,000 yen for one day
  • Normal registration: 10,000 yen for full conference; or 6,000 yen for one day

Non-JALT members
  • Early registration (by 30 June): 10,000 yen for full conference; or 6,000 for one day
  • Normal registration: 20,000 yen for full conference; or 12,000 for one day

**Presenters: Payment should be completed by 30 June 2023 (the fee for presenters is the same as the early registration fee)**
**Non-presenting attendees: Payment for early registration should be completed by 30 June 2023**
