This vendor agreement and any attachments shall be considered the entire agreement and shall constitute the termination of any prior agreements including any written or verbal agreements. It is Vendor’s responsibility to replenish items at their own table. Vendor is required to be set up 30 minutes prior to event opening and break down no earlier than end of event. Vendor is responsible for transportation of goods to and from location given the parking maps in the area, or metered parking out front to load and unload. Vendor fees are non refundable. If Vendor is unable to attend event for any reason a credit toward a future date will be offered if event requested is not sold out. In the event of cancellation within 72 hours prior to event, vendor fee will be credited to another event date. If cancellation is within 72 hours of event, vendor fee is forfeited.
