Craft Lab Family Workshop: Cellular Sculptures with Nini Sanchez
SUNDAY, APRIL 9 | 1:30 – 3:30 pm | In-person, museum courtyard

$10 Adults | $7 Children | Free for Members

Advanced RSVP is required. This workshop has limited capacity, we advise participants to arrive early to secure a spot in the workshop. Payment is due upon arrival.

Join artist Nini Sanchez to create assemblage artworks inspired by the cellular forms inside all of us. Using recycled materials and hot glue participants will create abstract relief sculptures which represent microscopic shapes and forms. Get some ideas by exploring the micro and macro inspired sculptures created by Alicia Piller in the exhibition Within. Craft Lab is for all ages, everyone is welcome!

Please note, we do not host birthday parties or any organized group of more than six people total. We cannot guarantee entry for large groups even with RSVP. All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Projects are designed for all ages but will likely require adult and child collaboration.
