Haverkos Family Orthodontics Buzzy Booth Rental Request
Our Buzzy Booth is available for rent at no fee to local schools and other community events/fundraisers.  Please complete the following form and we will let you know if it is available for  your requested date.  Please direct any questions to info@hfortho.com.

The Buzzy Booth is a Selfie Station that can be customized to any event.  It can do pictures, boomerangs, GIFs, and videos and then sends them via text or email.
