PGA HOPE - Spring Clinic Registration

The Illinois PGA Foundation is hosting a Summer PGA HOPE golf clinic at Veteran's Memorial Golf Course on Wednesday evenings from 6:00PM - 7:30PM beginning June 23, 2021 and ending July 28, 2021 - a total of 6 golf sessions. Participants that are admitted into the program are invited to and encouraged to attend all 6 sessions.

The event dates are: June 23, June 30, July 7, July 14, July 21, and July 28
The event times are: 6:00PM - 7:30PM
The event location is: Veteran's Memorial Golf Club (2821 Great Lakes Dr, Great Lakes, IL 60088)

PLEASE NOTE: This program is limited to 20 attendees, on a first-come-first-served basis, with the remaining applicants placed on the waiting list. By filling out this application you are not automatically admitted into the program. You will receive an email from DANA GATTONE at dgattone@pgahq.com before Wednesday, June 9th notifying you of whether or not you were admitted into the program.

If you are unable to participate in this Summer PGA HOPE clinic, an additional clinic is scheduled for September/October at Pine Meadow GC - stay tuned for more details!
