Glen Mar Website Publicity Request Form: Change
Use this form to change or delete a previous website request for publicity, or to request a change to a standing webpage on the NEW Glen Mar website.

EMAIL ADDRESS: Your email address will be collected so that Google Forms can send you a copy of your request, and so that we know how to reach you. Use your ministry's email address if you prefer (ex. shp@glenmarumc.org).

NOTE ON TIMING: Please submit your requests at least 1 week in advance for smaller upcoming events, non-event announcements or stories, changes/deletions, after-events, collections/donations, and volunteer opportunities. For medium events, please submit by noon on Wednesday to publicize it on the Sunday 11 days later. For large events, more notice is needed. We will follow up with you within 2-3 business days (not weekend days) to confirm receipt of your response. Please do not widely distribute preliminary publicity materials until we have final content posted on the website.

COPY OF YOUR REQUEST: You will receive a copy of your request by email from Google Forms. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

NOTES ON FLYERS, GRAPHICS, AND PHOTOS: Email flyers, graphics, and photos to gmcpubrequests@gmail.com. Please include event name.

Reminder: If you are changing information that has already been publicized external to Glen Mar, don't forget to let them know (ex. postponement or cancellation, change to time, change to registration requirements, updated flyer, additional information now available). *
