2020 Ocean Working Group and MOM6 Developers and Users Meeting. Presentation Request and Registration

March 18-19 2020
Mesa Lab
National Center for Atmospheric Research, Boulder, CO, USA

The deadline to submit a presentation request is March 9, 2020.

The deadline to register is March 9, 2020.

The meeting will be organized as follows: Day one (WED) will focus on CESM simulations, analyses and cross-working group topics with an emphasis on CESM2. Day two (TH) will focus on MOM6 development and applications, in the broader MOM6 community including but not limited to CESM. The agenda is under development but we expect to include some tutorial talks as well as talks on the roadmaps for MOM6 development in the participating  groups. This is an opportunity to identify potential collaborations and facilitate leveraging resources in the MOM6 universe. Remote participation, including making presentations through the ZOOM conferencing system will be possible.

Registration for the Working Group Meeting is $80, which includes refreshments. There is no cost for remote participation or for current students. Everyone, both on site and virtual participants, should complete the registration form for planning purposes. The agenda will be posted online prior to the meeting, and will include links to join each session.

Lodging is available at the Hilton Garden Inn, 2701 Canyon Boulevard, Boulder, for a negotiated rate of $139 per night which includes breakfast. This rate is available until February 16, 2020 and pending availability after that day.
