BDP 2021 Annual Holiday Doll Party
On Sunday, December 26, 2021 the Black Doll Project will be hosting its 2021 Annual Holiday Doll Party. This event will take place from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM at the Grand Street Community Arts Center located at 68 Grand Street. During this time Santa, who has returned just for the BDP will be letting each child choose a doll that they connect with. Dolls are not wrapped so each child gets a doll that looks like them. Gift bags to transport their new friend will be provided.

Because dolls are limited, each family attending must complete a registration. This is very important to ensure no children leave empty handed.

Registration should be filled out by the parent and list every child who they will be bringing.

Dolls with disabilities
Part of this goal to give children dolls that look like them includes focus on disabilities. We will do our best to locate a doll with a similar disability or medical device such as a wheelchair or prosthetic. If you are comfortable answering the questions below we will try to find a doll for them.

We cannot make any promises but with more dolls being created everyday, we will do our best.
If a child is disabled please explain. Please include medical devices such as wheelchair, canes, or other adaptive devices. Please also include your child's gender and skin tone so that we can search for their doll.
