MAIRJ Fall Academy, runs October-December
Develop an action plan to operationalize racial equity in your professional work.
The cohort meets for eight sessions.

Utilizing the Maryland Creative Process Maps as a foundational framework, we will create a brave space for courageous conversations and reflection to build towards individualized action plans for racial justice. Participants must commit to attending all sessions. Limited Spaces are available!!  

This course is tailored for participants that have previously participated in MAIRJ or have comparable learning experiences about racial justice. Conversation topics will include white supremacy culture, white fragility, racialized current events, and decolonizing arts spaces.
