Golden Threads - A relational Approach to Improving Mental Health.

We are offering free workshops within the Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon Council Area which aims to look into and educate on the link between mental health/wellbeing and relationships with the objective of providing knowledge and tools to prevent crisis.

The workshops are presented within the venue of the host organisation, or one in which the host organisation has hosted, rather than at Relate NI premises.
