Reisterstown Bloomin’ ArtFest is a Rain or Shine event. In case of predicted foul weather, it will be held indoors at Franklin Elementary School. The decision will be made on Thursday night.

Contracts cannot be reassigned or transferred. Subletting all or part of your space is not permitted.
Violation of this rule will void your contract and result in immediate removal from the premises with no refund.
Sponsor will not be responsible for vendor’s property.
Vendor assumes liability for accidents that occur as a result of negligence on their part.
Set up hours begin at 7 AM on day of festival. Vendor must be set up at least 30 minutes before festival opens.
Vendor will supply his/her own tables and chairs. Tents or canopies are recommended in case of rain.
Vendor will receive one parking pass per booth space.
