Yoga with YNPN Registration
Join yoga instructor and nonprofit professional Dara Madigan and YNPN Des Moines for 45-minutes of free yoga at Gray's Lake (2101 Fleur Dr, Des Moines, IA 50321), followed by a social hour at Confluence Brewing (1235 Thomas Beck Rd, Des Moines, IA 50315) on May 24th.
Yoga will start at 5:30pm; social hour at 6:30pm.
