Employer Partnership of the Year Award
The Employer Partnership of the Year Award is given in recognition of a partnership between an employer and a career development agency staff that have led to employment. It is a joint  acknowledgment of the partnership between an agency staff person and the employer who is  instrumental in hiring active job seekers. The employer respects diversity & inclusion, and  collaborates with BCCDA agency members to hire staff. They demonstrate evidence of  innovative, exceptional contributions as an employer, and abide by ethical hiring practices,  fosters workplace diversity and inclusiveness. They are actively involved in the career development  field by being open to potential employment of job seekers. The agency staff is highly active in  employer engagement that results in creating partnerships that connect job seekers and  employers willing to hire those employees.
