2023-24 Extended Day Program Registration
Embers’ Extended Day Program includes care before and after school on all full days of school. We encourage all our families to enroll their students in EDP to accommodate unforeseen situations where a parent cannot not get to dismissal by 3:05 p.m. Please use the form below to enroll your student(s). Extended Day Program begins Wednesday, September 6.

Morning Care: 7:30-7:55 a.m.   |  $8.00 per pre-registered student
Afternoon Care: 3:05-5:30 p.m.   |  $10.00 per pre-registered student, per session
  • Session I: 3:05- 4:15 p.m. –  After Care (PK-1st) or Homework Club (Grades 2nd-5th)
  • Session II: 4:15-5:30 p.m.  –  After Care (PK-5th)

Family Cap:
For families of 3+ children, charges are capped after 2 students.

Drop-In Rate:
The Drop-In Rate is $15 per student, per session (a.m. and p.m.) for families who send their students to EDP without pre-registering for a session or who pre-register with less than 24 hours notice.

Dismissal:
EDP students are dismissed from the Main Entrance. Parents are required to park and enter the building to sign out their student(s). In order to ensure student safety, the person picking up a student from EDP must be 16 years or older and on the authorized pickup list.
 
Please note that EDP students will bypass the standard dismissal doors and go directly to EDP at 3:05 p.m. The school office must be notified 24 hours in advance if you will be picking up your student at 3:05 p.m. instead of sending them to EDP on a registered day. If the office is not notified in advance, parents will need to park and come to the Main Entrance to sign their students out of EDP.

Late Pickup:
EDP ends at 5:30 p.m. There will be a $20 charge per student for every 15 minutes a parent picks up
past 5:30 pm.

No-Show Policy:
Your Blackbaud tuition account will be billed for the days your student is registered for the Extended Day Program, regardless of attendance, unless 24-hour advance notice is given as staffing is scheduled according to the pre-registered student count. To pre-register your child for a reoccurring EDP schedule, please indicate which days and hours your child will attend. For occasional use, please note that you must register at least 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged the drop-in rate.
