Thank you for your interest in presenting at Farpoint Convention 2023.  We are very lucky to have so many attendees interested in not only enjoying the fun but creating it too!  Please use one form for each panel idea.  The due date for all submissions is October 28, 2022.  Our programming team will review all submissions and provide an official response of acceptance status in November, 2022.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I understand that this application does not guarantee me a programming slot at Farpoint Convention 2023 and only registers my request to stage a program at the event.  I understand that, if my program is accepted, Farpoint Convention will make the determination of whether I will be a convention Guest or Fan Panelist, and that if designated a Fan Panelist, I would have to purchase an admission to the convention in order to present. I will abide by all Farpoint Convention policies if my program is selected.  I also understand that, if accepted, Farpoint Convention reserves the right to adjust the time and/or location of my programming at any time and that Farpoint Convention may also decided to combine my program idea with other similar ideas to best serve the needs of the overall convention.  Further, I agree that by submitting this application, I either hold the rights or have secured the rights or licenses to show any video, audio or still images used in my program.  BY SUBMITTING THIS APPLICATION, I AM AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED ABOVE.
