CHWI CHW Core Competency Training Application

Standard cost: $1850.00, discounted rates are available for those organizations that qualify. Standard self-pay cost: $450.00. These costs include the registration fee for the SC CHW Certification Exam. 

Virtually facilitated training is typically offered across 5 weeks from 9 am - 12 pm (EST), Mon - Fri.
In-person facilitated training is typically offered across 4 weeks from 9 am - 4 pm (EST), Mon - Thurs, with a 1-hr break for lunch.
