REGISTRATION
By registering on our site you understand that you are entering into a contract with EDS on the terms set below:

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue at any time prior to the event date.

By continuing to access our site or using our services, you understand that you have entered into these terms.

You must ensure that you have provided your correct: full name, address, email address and telephone number.

ACCESS
Access to our site is free of charge for ticket holders. EDS does not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. EDS may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change any part of the site without notice.

EDS will not be liable if, for any reason, the site is unavailable at any time or any period. However EDS will try to give reasonable notice period pending a possible suspension or withdrawal.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to access the site and any of the facilities available on the platform. EDS accepts no liability if you are unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption. EDS makes every effort to find parking for attendees, however, we reserve the right to use venues which may incur a car parking charge.

MEMBER DATA
During the course of our activities, we will process Personal Data and EDS recognise the need to respectfully treat your information, in a way that is GDPR compliant. Empowering Deaf Society will ensure that your Personal Data will be not be given to any 3rd parties without your express consent.

EDS is occasionally required to share anonymous statistics with our funders, any external event organiser(s) and the relevant local authority to meet the certain requirements of our funding.

TERMINATION
If you do not wish to continue with us and want your personal details removed from our database you must email admin@empoweingdeafsociety.org.uk

CHILDREN

All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. EDS does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children. Children who are not well should not attend the event. Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.

Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well being of the child in their care and must maintain supervision at all times. Parents/Guardians are responsible for any damage caused by their children.

Parents/Guardians must report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of on-going safety audits.

EDS reserves the right to ask you and your children) to leave the event should you fail to adhere to these rules.

EVENT
This event ends at 4:30pm and all the guests must leave the premises.

Illegal and anti-social behaviour, physical or verbal/signed abuse towards EDS members of staff, or other guests, will not be tolerated. Report any behavioural concerns to a member of staff. Do not attempt to intervene yourself.

EDS will not be held responsible for injury, death, damage, loss of personal property or inconvenience arising from this event. You are liable for any damage you may cause. It is forbidden to smoke, or play with fire, at the event, or on the premises.

You agree that EDS shall have the right to use photographs, video or images including audio recordings of yourself/your children/members of your group for promotional purposes.

No animals allowed, with the exception of Assistance Dogs registered with ADUK recognised charities.  Guests are advised to inform us if they will be bringing their Assistance Dog, at the time of reservation, in order to ensure appropriate provisions are made.
