Onamia Schools is excited to welcome students back for the 2020 - 2021 school year, whether they join us for hybrid learning or for distance learning.  Parents and guardians are asked to select the return to school option that will best serve their individual student(s).  Families already enrolled in for the 2020-21 school year, as well as, families new to Onamia Schools, must complete the commitment form.  In order to plan appropriately, we are asking all parents to complete this commitment form for each student.  Onamia Schools needs this important information to plan for your student’s teacher assignment(s).  Individual schedules cannot be finalized until we receive your commitment.  The deadline is 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2020.  

***Please note, we will continue to monitor COVID numbers in our area and adjust our reopening plans accordingly, taking all safety precautions into account.  Additional information will come out soon.

In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 20-81 Wearing Face Coverings:  
All students will be required to wear face coverings on the bus regardless of age.  Students in grades K-12th grade will be required to wear a face covering in school following the guidance of the MN Department of Health.

If your child is not enrolled in the Onamia Schools yet, please make sure to call the district to get an enrollment pack once you complete this form at 532-4174.

You will need to complete one form for each child you have in the district.
