By selecting agree I understand that I am signing up for a free 30 minute tutoring session. This session is online and may include up to three other students at the same grade level. I understand that there are a limited number of sessions and that filling out this form does NOT guarantee me a session. I will be contacted in up to 5 business days to schedule the free tutoring session. Should I need to cancel my session, I need to contact Learning Leaf at least 5 hours prior to the start of the session. Failure to cancel or not showing up for the session may result in limited ability to hire Learning Leaf for future services.
