Westshore Dedicated Spare List Sign Up

Effective July 1, 2021, Westshore ILWU Local 502 Hall dispatches will be done exclusively off the Dedicated List.  Meaning you must be on the Dedicated List to be dispatched to Westshore.

Posting dates: June 11 - 25

Rules:
• Dedicated List terms will be January 1 to June 30 and July 1 to December 31
• The Dedicated List is reposted, and new sign up every six (6) months.
• Dedicated List will be filled in order of Union Seniority
• Accepting a spot on the Dedicated List must remain on the List for the six (6) months term.
• Must work 250hrs (29 shifts) in six months.
• If you are not currently Westshore trained, you are welcome to sign up.  
• Upon completing Westshore training, the following rules will apply:
        o Members must remain on the Dedicated List for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
        o Casuals must remain on the Dedicated List
