Rock n' Roll Camp for Girls (RNRC4G)| Board Member/Stakeholder Survey
The purpose of this survey is to capture your experience at Rock n’ Roll Camp for Girls. This survey is being conducted by TxLips Band, LLC. You are invited to participate in this research project because you fall into one of the following categories: Parent/Camper, Board Member/Stakeholder, or Volunteer/Staff Member.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. This process involves filling out an online survey that will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Your responses will be confidential and we do not collect identifying information such as your name, email address, location, or IP address unless you feel comfortable sharing additional information.

We will do our best to keep your information confidential. All data is stored in a password protected electronic format. To help protect your confidentiality, the surveys will not contain information that will personally identify you. The results of this survey will be used for organization development only and may be shared with Rock n’ Roll Camp For Girls representatives.
