Thank you so much for your interest in the 2nd Annual Fun for the Field Resource Fair on May 31, 2024, from 10 AM -12 PM. Please complete this form in its entirety. Your information provided will give organizers everything necessary to make the day run smoothly. The event will be outdoors.
Important things to consider:
- The event is free for all non- profit vendors/exhibitors.
- For-profit vendors/exhibitors fee is $25. (non-refundable)
- You must be available for the entire event.
- You must provide your own table. Tents are optional, but you will also need to provide them.
- In the spirit of making the event more “fair-like," we strongly suggest having a fun game or activity for participants to win prizes, a raffle, or giveaway or whatever other cool creative idea you have. The CTNCY table will be doing balloon darts, some other
examples ring toss, wheel spinning, shell game, etc.
- We will not share participants' contact info, but you are welcome to collect during the event.
