Filling out this form does not guarantee you a place - places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis and will be secured upon receipt of a (non-refundable) 25% deposit.

Once you've filled out this form I will contact you to confirm your place and pass on bank details for you to transfer deposit money.

All data provided will be kept securely and will only be used to communicate with you about this Soulfood weekend.

A full risk assessment has been carried out in advance of the weekend, risks mitigated as much as is reasonably possible, and a safety briefing will be given on arrival. However, it is a woodland, there will be open fires, and we will be outside for part of the time. All participants are responsible for their own personal health and safety for the duration of the weekend.

A 25% non refundable deposit is required by Friday 27th May in order to secure your place.

Full payment due by 31st July.

Any places not paid for in full by 31st July will be offered back out for resale on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellations before 31st July: 75% refund (minus 25% deposit)
Cancellations from 31st July: non-refundable. You are responsible for selling on your place if you are no longer able to come.
