Terms & Condition:
1. 50% advance at the time of booking 50% immediate on the day of Shoot.
        In case of cancellation of booking, Booking amount is "Non-refundable" in any case.
        However, in case of postponement of booking on you can reschedule once within
        next 15days.
        Beyond 15days it will be considered as complete cancellation and there
        won’t be any refund.
2. Keep the studio clean and neat and agree to handover the studio in the
        neat & clean state upon completion of work.
3. Maintain healthy, professional environment which will not disturb the privacy of other.
4. Not to indulge in any illegal, offensive, forceful act with models/team,
5. Not to consume any alcoholic drink or smoking in the studio premises.
6. If the working hours are extended beyond the time booked & then INR.700/H rent
       will be charged with respect to base booking done and shall be paid on the same day
       (Subject to availability of slot)
7.    Any damage/Losses incurred w.r.t studio properties/accessories/equipment, etc will be
       recovered to the extent of 100% and as per the latest values.
8. No eatables are allowed on Shoot floor
9.    The owner of the studio reserves right to allow entry to studio.
