Team Witch Doctor wants to help grow the sport of combat robotics and bring events to more builders!

We are focusing on sponsoring NEW EVENTS, EVENTS WITH A ROOKIE CLASS that give new builders a place to compete, as well as PUBLIC EVENTS that help attract potential new builders.

NEW EVENT: We want to help you grow the sport! Apply under this category if this is the first time you are running an event.

PUBLIC EVENT: We want to attract new builders! Apply under this category if your event is open to the public- such as events hosted at museums, state fairs, and conventions.

EVENT WITH A ROOKIE CLASS: We want to encourage new builders! Apply under this category if your event is running a rookie class.

NONE OF THE ABOVE: We’re focusing on sponsorship that has the highest likelihood of attracting NEW builders. If you think your event still fits this goal, check this option. Otherwise, check back as we continue to grow our sponsorship program!

Sponsorship Benefits: *

If we select your event for sponsorship, we will provide the following:

Community Award - Awarded by the event organizes/judges to a builder that goes above and beyond to grow and foster the combat robotics community through sportsmanship, leadership, and/or volunteer service (We will send you the trophy for you to award)
Podium Caps - Special edition "Champion" and "Finalist" caps for the top 2 finishers in each class
Team Witch Doctor gift card or gift package for the top 3 finishers in each class
Social media promotion of your event on Team Witch Doctor's channels
Trophy Set for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each class (optional)
Match winner stickers (optional)

Sponsorship Requirements:

If you are selected for sponsorship, you will be asked to meet the requirements below.

Include the Camp Witch Doctor logo in any digital or print marketing materials for your event
Tag Team Witch Doctor in at least 1 event social media post (Not required if the event is not promoted on social media)
Distribute Camp Witch Doctor flyers to spectators (we'll send you the flyers)
Mention of Camp Witch Doctor Robot Kits during event announcing
Public events only: Display a Camp Witch Doctor banner at the arena (we’ll send you the banner, 4’x2’)
Send us event photos showing any Camp Witch Doctor banners, and photos of the winners with their trophies and/or certificates to hello@teamwitchdoctor.com

Failure to make a good faith effort to meet these requirements will make you ineligible for future sponsorship.
