Yarra Valley Grammar and the Pied Pipers are again seeking Student, Parent, YOG and Staff volunteers to help with this year’s 93rd Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal on Friday 29 March. To assist with the collation of information please complete this form if your child would like to take part this year. Please complete the form by 4.00 pm on Thursday 21 of March (the sooner the better).
What to expect:
Volunteers assemble in the Yarra Valley Grammar Research Centre (enter via main reception) at 9.00am. Teams will collect house to house within reasonable proximity to the School between 9.30am until 1.00pm.
All volunteers will be provided with drinks, fruit and snacks at the start of the day. Additional drinks and snacks will be handed out when the collection tins are dropped off and volunteers have finished for the day. All food and drinks are fully donated.
All volunteers are covered under an insurance policy taken out by the Royal Children’s Hospital.
It is important that comfortable shoes and neat casual clothing are worn, and a raincoat and umbrella, if necessary. The collection will not be cancelled because of bad weather.
