Consent form for handling personal information (English)
Personal
information of participants will be handled in accordance with the Act
on the Protection of Personal Information and the rules and regulations
regarding the protection of personal information held by The Association
for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships
(hereinafter “AOTS”). In accordance with applicable laws and
regulations, AOTS strives to protect personal information based on the
policy below.

1. Preparation of a participant list for the event.
2. Purpose of contact (to provide information to participants on the day. Information such as ID and link necessary for participating in the event will be sent via email).
3.Conducting surveys after the event, recruiting new subscribers to the e-mail magazine, providing and sending AOTS-related information, etc.

following personal data about you for the above-mentioned purposes:
1. Name, gender, e-mail address
2. Name of company, position

Disclosure, correction, cessation of use, deletion, etc. / We will
respond to requests for disclosure, correction, cessation of use,
