This is the form to use if you submitted a UUCPA Publicity Form and are now making changes in the event.

Deadline: Please submit this form as soon as you know that there are changes to your event.

Please be aware that the office hours are 8:30-2:30, Monday through Friday. Changes received after noon cannot be guaranteed to be handled until the next work day. Also bear in mind that outlets have their own time frames and we cannot guarantee that all outlets will receive or act on the changed information in time. We will make the changes as quickly as possible to get your event properly publicized.

Pictures of adult members and friends of the congregation may be posted without specific permission (form, which must be printed and signed, is here: http://www.uucpa.org/Forms/photoPermission.pdf).  • Avoid using the first name and last name of individuals in a photograph. • The names of adult members can be used freely on the web site. The names of children are not used. • Specific parental permission must be granted before using images of children (use permission form) • Consider using group photos rather than photos of individual children. • Ensure that the image file is appropriately named – do not use children’s names in image file names or ALT tags if published on the web • Only use images of children in suitable dress.
