Greetings Brothers!

The Brotherhood Action Committee (BAC) is a program offered here at IYT to teach brothers the basics of government, activism, and leadership. The BAC is considered a leadership program, where brothers are expected to return to their communities as leaders. These brothers are the backbone of IYT’s advocacy efforts, and are the first brothers we call on to represent IYT!

Brothers will be expected to attend 10 total BAC meetings. Meetings will take place twice a month, on Wednesdays, starting at 4:00PM. All meetings will take place on zoom. Meetings will take 1-hour or less.

Brothers have the opportunity to earn up to $25/hour or a total of $250 upon completion of the program.

Any active member of IYT is considered eligible for the BAC.
