The Birthday Joy Program Birthday Assistance
The Birthday Joy Program (TBJP) offers BIRTHDAY FIXINS bags to families who are struggling to provide a birthday celebration for their child ages 2-18.    This assistance is offered to families living in Harris, Galveston, and Brazoria counties in the Houston, TX area.

The BIRTHDAY FIXINS bag will include everything needed for a Do It Yourself (DIY) party at home:  cake mix, icing, candles, balloons, plates, napkins and a gift.

Only the parent / guardian living in the home with the child should fill out this request.  Please complete the required information at least 10 days before your child's birthday.  Someone will be in contact to inform of your child's acceptance and arrange pick up or delivery of the supplies, if qualified.

**Filling out this form does not guarantee your child will receive a bag.
