Once your form is received, we will change the status on the item on your account to "claims returned" while we conduct our search. The Access & User Services (AUS) will search for the item at regular intervals for 1 (one) month. You, the patron, should also search your belongings. If, at the end of the search process, the item is not located, the status will revert to "on loan" and the patron will be responsible for the resulting fines & fees. *
