$10,000 per year (March - December 2024) - LET YOUR COMPANY STAND IN THE SPOTLIGHT!!
  • Business name included in all available media and UTV Invasion LLC social media sites.
  • Sponsor logo included on all available collateral material, not including merchandise, sponsor to provide logo artwork.
  • Large sponsor ad in program material.
  • Sponsor Decals on UTV Invasion Trailers, UTV's, and Main Tent for 2024 
  • Premium banner space location on community tent (stage where applicable), 4' x 8' banner, sponsor to provide.
  • Vendor space (100' x 40') provided, please contact if you need larger space.
  • PA announcements throughout the event, where applicable, exact number to be determined. Sponsor to provide ad reads.
  • Ability to implement self-promoting activities and/or sponsor a current UTV Invasion LLC event(s). Must have prior approval from UTV Invasion LLC.
  • Diamond sponsor to have rights to distribute: flyers, stickers, sale discounts, etc. Exact distribution TBD.

  • Must donate an item to each event.
Platinum Level Sponsorship of the Event
$5,000 per year (March - December 2024)
  • Business name included as "Platinum Sponsor" in all available media and UTV Invasion LLC social media sites.
  • Vendor space (40' x 20') provided, please contact if you need larger space.
  • Sponsor logo included on all available collateral material, not including merchandise, sponsor to provide logo artwork.
  • Banner space location, location to be determined by category, contact UTV Invasion LLC for banner size, sponsor to provide banner
  • PA announcements throughout the event, where applicable, exact number to be determined. Sponsor to provide ad reads.

$3,000 per year (March - December 2024)
  • Business name included as "Gold Sponsor" in all available media and UTV Invasion LLC social media sites.
  • Vendor space (20' x 20') provided at one event, additional space available at $250 for each 10'. For vendor space at multiple events, please contact UTV Invasion LLC for pricing.
  • Sponsor logo included on all available collateral material, not including merchandise, sponsor to provide logo artwork.
  • Sponsor one event, i.e. Poker Run, Drag Race, Corn Hole, etc.
  • Banner space location, location to be determined by category, contact UTV Invasion LLC for banner size, sponsor to provide banner
  • Ability to implement self-promoting activities and/or sponsor a current UTV Invasion LLC event(s). Must have prior approval from UTV Invasion LLC.

$2,000 per year (March - December 2024)
  • Vendor space not included.
  • Example of products to sponsor: Whips, Trailer, Wheels, Hitch, Tie Downs, etc.
  • Product to be sent to UTV Invasion LLC to be displayed on official UTV Invasion UTV and/or tow vehicle, if applicable.
  • Product reviews/Installation video on YouTube.
  • Frequent social media posts.
