守則 Rule:

會友請在會前兩星期申請。
列席會友在會議中沒有發言權.
議程會安排保密事項在下午討論，如沒有保密事項，列席者可留至散會。

GCAC members can apply sit in GB meeting 2 weeks before the meeting.
Sit in members have no voting right and not allow discuses in the meeting.
GB should schedule privacy items after 12pm.  Sit in members can stay until meeting over if no privacy scheduled.
