Over the past 12 months, our association has seen its share of ups and downs, many of which were beyond our control as a result of COVID-19. Throughout this difficult year our board members as well as volunteers worked tirelessly to provide the opportunity for players to have as best a year as possible.

We ask that you provide honest feedback in regards to our hockey program and association as a whole, keeping in mind COVID as well as the facility guidelines were out of our control.

The results of this survey will provide us insights in how our association can provide players, parents and volunteer members the best program delivery.

All results of this survey will be kept in strict confidence however an analysis of the data will be provided and reviewed by Board Members with NRMHA.
