Applications and payments must be completed and paid in full in order to participate as a vendor at this event.

EVENT SET UP:
  • Vendors should arrive at GMoA at 10:00am.
  • Enter GMoA parking lot from Washington Street (do not enter from Evans Street as it will be closed off)  and drive up as far as possible in a single-filed line. Vendors will be assigned a booth spot based on order of arrival. Quickly unload all items into your booth space prior to moving your car to street parking nearby GMoA (8th and 9th Streets, along Washington Street, Dickinson Avenue, or Five Points Plaza). Begin setting up your booth AFTER re-parking your car off-site to ensure seamless traffic for vendors through the parking lot for setup.
  • Outdoor booths are the width and depth of a standard parking space (approximately 9x18ft) so plan tables, tents, and displays accordingly.
  • GMoA does not provide tables for vendors, but chairs can be requested inside the museum if needed.
  • Pop-up tents are recommended, including weights for legs to prevent moving due to wind. Vendors are allowed to bring up to 2 tables - suggested 6 feet in length or less - as well as any additional set up materials such as easels, print racks, pedestals, etc.
  • The GMoA parking lot will be closed off to cars during the event for the safety of all vendors and visitors.
REGULATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
  • All vendors will handle their own money transactions - this includes cash, checks, credit cards, mobile app payments such as Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, etc. GMoA will not handle any transactions or money for any vendors, so be prepared to accept any payments and make change as needed for your customers.
  • For the safety of visitors and the facility, no open flames are permitted. Additionally, refrain from using messy materials or substances that are harmful to the environment such as confetti, glitter, etc.
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their areas clean and maintained. Please leave your space the way you found it and remove all food or other items prior to leaving GMoA.
  • Vendors should plan to have an attendant at their booths at all times, and we encourage you to bring a friend or family member to assist. If you need a bathroom break, go to purchase food, etc., we suggest you ask someone else to watch your booth during your absence. GMoA will not be responsible for any vendors' booths, and are not liable for theft or damage to any property vendors bring to the event.
  • Alcohol and drug usage is not permitted at this event. This is a family-friendly community event and we ask that vendors be respectful to all visitors, fellow vendors, and staff.
  • GMoA staff reserve the right to ask vendors and visitors to leave the premises if needed.
EVENT TEAR DOWN: Once you have packed up, retrieve your vehicle and enter the parking lot from Washington Street (the same way you entered for setup). After loading your vehicle, exit the parking lot onto Evans Street.

MARKETING: Vendors are encouraged to share their sellable artwork, wares, items, and merch via social media and tag GMoA so that we can repost. Please keep your content family-friendly as this is a community event. Our social media handle is listed below so you can tag us and we'll share.
