June & July Volleyball Lessons

We are excited to offer several lesson opportunities this summer. Please see all volleyball lesson opportunities below and complete the registration below with your availability for June & July.

You have also received a link to register for Sports Performance Training and Speed & Agility Training. If you sign up for multiple training groups, we will schedule you so that you will be able to attend all groups.

example= participate in a VB lesson and then go directly to a Speed & Agility training session.

You will receive an email with your lesson time the week of May 13th with a payment link.

LESSON DAYS AVAILABLE:

1. Tuesdays at New Hope Church - lessons will take place from 12:00pm-3:00pm.

(no lessons on June 11 or June 18). 7 total lesson dates

2. Wednesdays at New Hope Church and Greenwood Christian Academy - lessons will take place from 3:15pm-7:00pm. 7 total lesson dates

3. Thursdays at St. Francis & Clare- lessons will take place from 4:30pm-8:15pm. 7 total lesson dates

LESSON SESSIONS AVAILABLE:

1. SMALL GROUP LESSONS will be organized based on age and experience level. We will focus on skill instruction and development (passing, setting, hitting, serving, defense, blocking). These groups will consist of 6-8 total athletes.

2. PARTNER LESSONS: Open to 2-3 total players that would like to work together on position specific training.

3. TEAM TRAINING: Register your entire team (up to 12 girls) and bring them in for a pre-season practice. We will focus on skill development, positions, rotations, and prepare for the school season. A team training session will last 1 hour.

COST:

Small Group Lessons- $175 per athlete (7 lesson dates)

Partner Lessons- $280 per athlete (7 lesson dates)

Team Training- $110 per athlete (7 lesson dates)

COACHES

- Coach Jenny Greenstone will be leading lessons on Wednesdays. Jenny played at Center Grove and continued at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She has 8 years of High School head coaching experience and has been providing private instruction for the past 10 years.

- Coach Taylor Hooton will be leading lessons on Tuesdays at New Hope Church. Taylor is currently the 9th Grade Volleyball Coach at Center Grove and has previous lesson and club coaching experience.

- Coach Matt Walsh will be leading lessons on Thursdays at St. Francis & Clare. Matt is currently an 18s coach at Academy Volleyball Club. Matt played at Ball State (2015-2018) and continued his playing career at the professional level in the Czech Republic. He has coached with the Women's Volleyball Team at IU, EVP Beach Volleyball, and several volleyball camps at the University of Wisconsin.
