For and in consideration of mutual promises contained herein, the Retailer/Company and service provider Bachat Booklet do hereby covenant, contract and agree as follows.

By signing the contract the above named company agrees to participate as a retailer in Bachat Booklet and agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned below.

Offers Given below are specifically only for Bachat Booklet

• The offers provided by the retailer should be compatible and irresistible.                                                                                                        
• The designed offers should be only specifically for Bachat Booklet.
• The Contract will be renewed automatically every year and the Offers / Deals will remain valid till Bachat Booklet is not
       acknowledged regarding it by your Company.
• The Contract & offers validity will be carried for an indefinite period till the contract is not cancelled by both the parties. .
• The Offers & Deals can be revised and changed with mutual consent of both the parties  
• If your Company/ Brand is live in the Bachat Booklet App your Company will be liable to give the Offers / Deals to the Bachat
       Booklet Users
• Bachat Booklet clients should be dealt with hospitality & should not be refused regarding offers at any cost.
• Clients will have the right to rate your business.
• Quality and quantity should not be compromised.
• Acknowledgement collaboration post should be shared on your social media
• If by any reason a particular offer cannot be availed due to unavailability. Clients should be offered another offer of the
       same criteria.
• Above terms and conditions have to be taken in consideration if not able to abide by them, Bachat Booklet will take strict
       action against it by rule of law.
