＜参加対象者＞
・「クラブ役員」は皆さんご参加ください。半期を振り返っての知識と経験の共有やネットワーキング等の効果を高める意味で、同じクラブの役員は可能な限り一緒に所属するディビジョンにご参加ください。
・アシスタントVPEや、副会場係(IT係)の方もご参加頂けます。
クラブ役員のブレイクアウトにもご参加ください。
・プロスペクティブクラブの役員もご参加いただけます。
・基本的に、所属するDivisionでの参加登録をお願いします。
スケジュール調整ができない場合、他のDivisionのセッションに参加することは可能です。
< Participants >
- All "club officers" are encouraged to attend with officers from the same club to share knowledge and experience gained through the first half of the term and enhance networking opportunities within your division.
- Club members who are permitted by club officers are also welcome to participate. Subject officers are Assistant VPE and Deputy SAA (IT Master) who will serve a full-year. They are also encouraged to participate in their respective club officer breakout session.
- Prospective club officers may also participate.
- In principle, club officers are required to attend the COT in their own Division so they can discuss the club success plan. However, they are allowed to attend the training in other Divisions if the schedule does allow.

＜注意事項＞
・ 参加を希望する Divisionから情報が発信されますので、有効なメールアドレスを入力してください。
・ 複数のクラブで役員をされている方は、一つの研修に出席すれば、所属する全てのクラブ役員として参加クレジットを得られます。(このフォームに全てのデュアルクラブ名と役職を記載ください)
・ 複数の Division に参加をご希望される方は、参加 Division ごとにフォームを提出するようお願いします。

- Please make sure to provide a valid email address to receive information from the Division you wish to join.
- If you are an officer in more than one club, you can attend one COT session and receive participation credit for all of your clubs. (Please list all club names and offices on this form)
- If you wish to join more than one COT session, please submit a form for each session (Division) you wish to participate in.
