Representative Lunch Request
Hello! Thanks for showing interest in scheduling a lunch with Mountain Laurel Medical Center. Please fill out this form to submit a formal request and our staff will contact you with more information! 

Lunch or Food Drop Off

  • Requesting Lunch: Any representative that is requesting a lunch will do so utilizing the google form on our website. Lindsey, Clinical Administrative Assistant will reach out to the representative to schedule the requested lunch. 
  • Lunch Schedule: Lunch will only be scheduled on Tuesdays from 12-12:45 in Oakland and 12-1 in Westernport and Grantsville. (Please see below)
  • Arriving for Lunch and the Location:  OAKLAND: Upon arrival, Representatives are required to check in with the front desk on Side B. Lunch will take place in the large Conference Room. This room is utilized for meetings all day, therefore we will be on a STRICT time schedule. You will NOT be granted access to the conference room earlier than 12. You will need to be out of the conference room by 12:45 so that the area can be cleaned and ready for the next meeting to start promptly at 1pm.   BRUCETON, GRANTVILLE and WESTERNPORT:  Upon arrival, Representatives are required to check in with the front desk. You will be taken to the lunch room by the office staff when you arrive. 
  • Meals Provided: You will be required to provide the total dollar amount spent on lunch and how many meals were provided. This information will be utilized for our regular review by corporate compliance.
  • No Show Policy: If you do not show for a scheduled lunch, you will lose privileges from our office. 
  • Promotional Materials: Displays or other written promotional materials are not permitted anywhere throughout MLMC. Any materials (handouts, product collateral, brochures, or other branded materials) will need to be left with Amanda in Oakland, Jamie or Brittany in Grantsville, and Lisa or Mary in Westernport. Any material left without approval will be discarded immediately.
  • Professionalism: It is the responsibility of any pharmaceutical representative to conduct business in a professional and courteous manner. We have a zero tolerance policy and any representative that is not mindful of our patients, staff, or visitation policies will lose privileges from our office.
