WPMS Parent/Guardian request for Account Log-in to personal learning platform, and "Student Snapshots" (text messages) of your child's learning progress.
Parents/Guardians have the option to sign up for an account to access your child's learning platform. Please complete the form to receive an account. 

If you would also like to receive weekly "Student Snapshots" (SMS/Text Messages) pushed out to parent mobile phone numbers, please include your mobile phone number. (Student Snapshots include one to two text messages per week regarding your student's educational progress. You can always text STOP, if you decide you no longer want to receive Student Snapshots.)

If you have more than one WPMS student, please complete this same form for each of your WPMS students. Do not enter multiple students on one form.

Please Note: If more than one parent/guardian would like a separate learning platform account and/or receive weekly "Student Snapshots", each parent/guardian will need to complete a this form.
