Parent Volunteer Request -- please complete as soon possible as possible
Parent volunteers are critical in order for us to have the  tournament. Literally, without a few parents to assist with NON-math tasks we cannot proceed.  If many people sign-up, each only has  a little to do. 

We will be using the web site SignUpGenius to manage our volunteers. The website will list the specific tasks and times that we need help.

We need assistance as follow:
  1. Someone to manage the SignUpGenius website. 
  2. Sunday afternoon, April 16th Practice Session
  3. Friday late afternoon early evening, April 21st pre-tournament set-up
  4. Saturday all day, April 22nd tournament (tournament ends at 1:00)
We will be putting up the website with all the tasks and times as soon as we have someone identified as the SignUpGenius volunteer. 

We understand that coaches may not have finalized their team rosters for the tournament.  However, we must move ahead requesting volunteers if we are going have a successful tournament.  You are not expected to assist if your child is not part of a final team.
