Photo Release and Contact Authorization

Throughout the year students will be participating in various activities in which they may be videotaped, audio recorded, or photographed, and may involve the Internet. All parents must complete the Photo Release indicating their preference for their student’s photograph or likeness to be used by the School. All photographs, videos, and other media are the property of Saint James’ Episcopal School.

To create a sense of community within the classroom and to help facilitate volunteer opportunities, play dates, class parties and the like, parent contact information is shared with the Saint James' Parent Association and families within the child's class. All parents must complete the Contact Authorization indicating their preference.

The Photo Release and Contact Authorization is required at the start of a student’s enrollment and will apply to all years enrolled. If you completed this form in fall 2020, then please do not complete it again. Also please note that it is the responsibility of the parent to contact the School Office when changes are necessary.
