Complaints Policy for the Barbering, Cosmetology, and Esthetics Programs

Complaints regarding the program or program graduates should be first addressed to Ms.Susan Johnson, Department Chair, at sjohn953@cccc.edu, or 910-814-8871. Unresolved complaints about the Department Chair should be directed to Denise Martin, Dean of Health Sciences and Human Services, at dmartin@cccc.edu, or 919-777-7784. All complaints will be documented, including the projected outcome, and kept on file at the program facility.
