If you wish to hold an exhibitor stall with us this year at the ANIME, KPOP & GAMING FESTIVAL 2022 - Please fill out this form in detail and we will get in touch with you shortly.

PLEASE NOTE: **All stall places you sign up for are tentative and are confirmed with you via email. All information is on our website's exhibitor page. Invoice's are sent to you via email briefly after this form is filled out.**

Set-up Day: will be from 10am-6pm, Friday 16th December 2022. Set-up times: The venue will be open 2 hours prior to the festival start each festival day for set up.   **Security: Please note that we will provide security throughout all days and you are welcome to set up as much as you would like on Friday prior however, we are not liable for any damages and/or losses to your property. We suggest you leave all valuable items until the festival mornings to set up.**

FESTIVAL TIME SATURDAY: 10am - 8pm

SUNDAY: 10am - 6pm 

Load-out Time will be on 18th Dec, Sunday from 6.30pm-9pm.

 

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

Applications will remain open until December 12th.

We will advise you by December 12th 2022 if not advised in advance of confirmation of placement

Cost of Registration must be paid by December 10th, or you will lose your space and it will be offered to the next person on the Application List. 

You will be sent the bank details to pay your deposit upon acceptance of your application.
