Please fill out this document fully. Contact Heidi Kroft (heidi@balancewebster.com) to process the refundable, and transferable, $25 application fee. Once both are received, our team will review and reply to you within 72 hours. If you have more than 1 child, please fill out an application per child (application fee of $25 is per household).

While we are a 4 session program, this application is for sessions 1 and/or 2 only. Information on sessions 3 and 4 will be available via Heidi. Our sessions follow the Webster CSD 2020-2021 Revised School Calendar. Please review for days off.

Please note- Application does not guarantee acceptance into this program, nor is it a commitment on your part. When you speak with Heidi, you will receive financial information and be able to speak with Erica Ebert about the program. Additionally, we know you may not know your child’s exact schedule. In that case, we can adjust.
