QFL '23 Small Group Leaders Application
About QFL:
Quest for Life is a Gospel Youth Retreat held over memorial day weekend. The retreat is dedicated to giving youth members a space to experience the love and glory of Jesus Christ through sermons, praise, games, and small group sessions. The youth members are comprised of both believers and non-believers mostly from the New Jersey area. We are looking for leaders who will be willing to devote this weekend to the youth by leading discussions, praying over the individuals and spending time with them in fellowship.

Time: Fri, 5/26 Afternoon to Mon, 5/29 Afternoon

Place: Cabrini University, 610 King of Prussia Rd, Radnor, PA 19087

Cost: $105 if you have a full-time job; free otherwise :) (+ $20 key deposit)
(Please let us know if cost is an issue! We don't want it to be the reason you can't serve!)

Note: Applying includes a background check consent form as well as a child abuse identification/prevention training that can be completed online that will be sent later!


Please carefully read and consider the following responsibilities that are expected from a small group leader before you apply:
1. Most small groups will only have one small group leader.
2. Each small group will have approximately 8-10 youth.
3. You are expected to pray for the kids prior to, and following Quest.
4. You are required to attend a SGL (Small Group Leader) training (details below).
5. Small group interactions are expected to persist throughout the entirety of the weekend, and are not limited to just small group or large group times. Be committed to the students and youth groupers, spend more time with them, than with leaders.
6. The weekend will challenge you to go out of your comfort zone.  We hope you will push yourselves to better serve the kids and ultimately show Christ's love to one another!


Attend a virtual training on May 20th @ 10am ET.
