The MSR organization committee is pleased to announce the MSR widening participation program to offer complimentary registration to attendees of the virtual MSR 2021 conference who fit into one or more of the following categories:

1. Participants based in low income or lower middle income countries as identified by the World Bank list of economies: https://libraries.acm.org/binaries/content/assets/libraries/archive/world-bank-list-of-economies.pdf
2. Potential attendees who cannot afford the registration fee.
